Clients: We work with clients across all industries. We work with everyone large and small – technology start-ups, charities, political candidates, online stores and as well as established offline businesses looking to outsource their sales and marketing.

Our clients are people that we  like. We will be work ingclosely together so the fit is very important to us. We are lucky to have worked with smart, able, growth-oriented companies.

Equally important is working with companies who care about their customers. The aim is that your customers become a real community. You give back, you listeni to your customers and create a two way dialogue. We like very much customers who focus on people which ultimately leads to profits. Companies who are on a mission to make this world a better place in their own way. Companies who are ‘awake’ to new ideas and see that the internet is a powerful tool to grow their businesses. I LOVE what I do! Clichéd? Yes, in my case so true.All my life people have described me as a natural networker, a connector. I like making connections, putting people together. With the internet I now have tool that help companies make generate more revenue. I am very interested in using “Social Media for Social Good” and have spoken publicly on this topic.

I enjoy very much the process of clicks becoming clients. Digital Marketing., Online Marketing,  Social Media, Online Community Management  -(whatever you like to call it!) and the process that makes this happen – social media marketing, search engine optimization, website design and conversion, content marketing, blog design and development, training, consulting, and events.

I am based in Auckland, New Zealand. Call me old fashioned but I like to meet and get to know my clients face to face. I like to understand a company, its brand and its customers by working closely with you.

Laurel McLay

I am passionate about connecting people. Not surprisingly, I’m a born sales professional, who thrives on the thrill of generating interest and pairing great solutions with companies who will benefit.My recent work has been in  outsourced sales consulting. My ‘door opening’ talents, have been utilised by companies to get appointments and event attendees. These clients are in industries as diverse as leadership development, packaging, IT solutions and high end fashion.Previously, I worked in recruitment and IT. I co-founded ITManiacs, which achieved 2nd in the Deloitte Fast 50 competition in 2005, and went on to set up my own company, Amplify Sales, specialising in recruiting sales professionals. Prior to that I was an outsourcing consultant/business analyst in the IT industry.I love new technology and how it enables a sales cycle, both in managing the process (XRM) and adopting new ways of showcasing solutions to prospects (Social Media, webinars). My view is that the new way and the old way both are useful tools. I like to include both in my sales campaigns. An example is using the ‘old way’ of cold calling, to introduce the ‘new way’ of profiling a company, i.e an online interactive presentation or webinar.My passion is fundamentally in fulfilling our purpose as human beings, and reaching our full potential by getting rid of limiting beliefs, and understanding how much our past interferes with who we believe we are. I have a degree in psychology and am constantly exploring different avenues in human behaviour and being.
